Akzo Nobel acquire chlo-alkali business in Germany

Akzo Nobel announced that it has completed the acquisition of LII Europe, a business based in the old Hoechst Industrial Park near Frankfurt, Germany.  The business and assets are focussed on chlorine and caustic and other related chemicals.
