Dow Reichold and Microban International co-operate in gypsum wallboard mould prevention

The 50/50 JV between Dow Chemicals and Reichold, Dow Reichold, has announced a co-operation with Microban International to produce and supply a product for inhibiting the growth of mould (or mold) on wallboard used in residential and commercial construction - a hot topic with the wallboard industry being the target of litigation in what some have referred to as the next asbestos scare.
