National Starch uneasy after quotes from Henkel boss

The Home News Tribune and the Guardian have reported that employees of National Starch and Chemical Company are in for a rough ride after Henkel CFO was quoted as saying that some of the 45 plants and eight regional offices acquired as part of the ICI deal will be shut down.
