Mondi to make 2 acquisitions

The FT reports that Mondi, now spun off from Anglo American, will make two acquisitions in the packaging sector for a total of $206.4m:

• $106.4 mio for a 53.56% of Tire Kutsan, a Turkish packaging company.
  
• $100 mio for Unterland Flexible Packaging, an Austrian company manufacturing polyethylene and polypropylene films for use as packaging.
