REACH comes into force tomorrow! Are you ready?

The European legislation, REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of CHemicals) comes into force tomorrow! Don't worry, the only new requirement is to change your Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and bring them in line with the new requirements; however, it seems to have been agreed that this is not now required for existing substances until 2010! SDSs for new substances will have to meet the new requirements - e mail address and a change in the order of sections 2 and 3.
